Lesson 5- Comparing Decimals

Objective:

At the end of this lesson, students should be able to compare decimals using. >, < or =.

When comparing decimals, you identify which decimal is greater than (>), less than (<) or equal (=) to the other decimal to which it is being compared.

Example 1

Compare:

a) 3.425 and 0.648

b) 18.291 ad 27.5
