At the end of this lesson, students should be able to order numbers in ascending and descending order.
Ordering numbers involves arranging numbers from the least to the greatest or from the greatest to the least.
In ordering numbers, we may arrange them in these orders;
a)
Ascending order

arranging from smallest to largest
b)
Descending order
—
arranging from largest to smallest
