Lesson 16- Dividing Decimals by Whole Numbers

Objective

At the end of this lesson, students should be able to divide decimals by whole numbers.

When dividing a decimal by a whole number, the normal method is used; however, the decimal point in the quotient is kept directly above the decimal point in the dividend.
